Warranty/Return Policy

WARRANTIES

• No warranties are offered by ITC, except manufacturers warranties where noted.

RETURNS

• No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved RMA # (return material authorization)

• All returns must be shipped Freight Prepaid and are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee

• Collect shipments will not be accepted

• Credits will be issued within 10 days of receipt and inspection of the goods
